Emma manages PAI’s online presence, including the website, blog, and social media platforms. While at PAI, Emma has led several successful online campaigns, including "Moms Matter," an awareness campaign that brought attention to maternal health worldwide and reached more than 1 million people, and "Nightmare on Capitol Hill," a Halloween-themed campaign that showcased the four most terrifying policies facing women today. Emma also writes PAI’s monthly email newsletter, PopActions, and leads PAI's email marketing program. Prior to PAI, Emma worked in new media at EMILY’s List, the National Education Association, and Jobs with Justice. She holds an undergraduate degree in journalism from Western Washington University.
