I am currently a project Manager at North Peak which is a CRM consulting firm that implements Salesforce.com for a variety of nonprofit organizations with diverse needs. I have seven plus years of non-profit program and executive experience. Before joining the North Peak team, I scoped and co-lead the Armed Services YMCA San Diego implementation of Salesforce. Through that extensive project I have experience in customization/configuration, change management as it relates to user adoption, and project management. North Peak is a perfect place for me to combine my skills as a nonprofit professional and my interest in Salesforce as a solution for nonprofits business needs to enhance their mission.
