Todd M. Tolbert is the Senior Director of Information Technology for the Internet Society based in Reston, VA since 2012 and is responsible for all facets of internally and externally facing technology for the organization. Todd has been in the IT field for over 25 years and has served industries such as new media, advertising, public relations, direct marketing, association and educational industries developing digital and technology strategies that meet and exceed organizational goals.

Tolbert joined ISOC after several years of association, not for profit and educational industry consulting. He started TMTC LLC in 2009 as a resource to help organizations better utilize their content and technology to meet the needs of their constituents via digital means. Later, Tolbert merged TMTC with another organization to create Strategic Content Solutions providing similar services to over 30 clients in a three year period.

Tolbert’s experience includes executive technology positions with The Teaching Company, Screenvision Cinema Networks, Weber Shandwick Worldwide and TM Advertising.

He holds a BBA from West Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
