Vanessa facilitates the design, development, and adoption of consumer digital health products that reduce health care disparities. She also identifies opportunities and resources for partnership development and policy advocacy within eHealth. Vanessa began her career facilitating strategic partnerships and organizational development for projects funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health. She has also led global health capacity-building efforts in Mozambique, Argentina and Brazil and supported mobile health product development for projects in West and East Africa. As an early employee of PAIR, a nonprofit startup that provides educational and mentoring programs for refugee youth, Vanessa led program development and strategic planning. She also previously conducted market opportunity assessments and product commercialization planning for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She was the program manager for XX in Health, a leadership initiative that connects and empowers women innovators to drive change in health care. Vanessa earned her Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and her Master of Public Health from Columbia University.
